Kenya’s e-Logbook system is the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) digital vehicle registration system that replaces paper logbooks for new vehicle registration transactions. It allows vehicle owners to access and manage their logbooks online through their personal eCitizen/NTSA account.

Faster ownership transfers and updates.Reduced fraud through secure digital records and QR code verification.

No need to keep a physical paper logbook for newly processed transactions.

To access your e-Logbook:

Log in to your NTSA account using your eCitizen credentials.Select your vehicle.View, download, or print the e-Logbook if available.

NTSA has warned that e-Logbooks are only available through the registered owner’s official NTSA account. Do not share your login credentials or use third parties claiming they can issue or download your e-Logbook. �
